AURORA, OH (Feb. 12, 2010) ---Aurora Community Theatre today announced that the prestigious Aurora School of Music will partner with the theatre as "Sponsor in a Leading Role" for their spring musical, THE MUSIC MAN by Meredith Willson.
Aurora School of Music joins the following major sponsors for the theatre's golden 50th season: Aurora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. (THE FOREIGNER), Mayor Lynn and Sally McGill (RUMORS), Pat Catan's Craft Centers (JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT), The Lawrence E. and Sheila Rowan McHale Foundation (A TUNA CHRISTMAS) and the Subway Shop at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets (Children's Summer Workshop).

Aurora Community Theatre will perform THE MUSIC MAN, directed by Paula Kline Messner, Linda Heigel and Deb Simpson, co-producers, at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays from April 16 through May 8, and 3 p.m. Sunday, May 2.
THE MUSIC MAN is presented by special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
