Education: BM in violin performance, Boston University

MaeLynn Arnold received her Bachelor's Degree in violin performance from BostonUniversity, where she attended under full scholarship studying with Bayla Keyes. In April 2009, she was part of the Internationale Junge Orchester Akademie performing on tour inBayreuth and several other cities in Germany. Ms. Arnold has performed as soloist with the Lakeland Civic Orchestra and the Toledo Symphony, and as an orchestra musician, has performed in numerous Boston and New England area orchestras. From 2003 to 2005, she was a member of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, and concertmistress in 2005. Ms. Arnold has participated in such festivals as the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Kent Blossom Music Festival, Credo, Interlochen, and Opera de Bauge inFrance. In 2000, she founded a trio with her sisters, Strings of Gold, performing in concert and in the public schools and libraries. She has studied with Milan Vitek and Marilyn McDonald at the Oberlin Conservatory, and with Ani Schnarch while attending the Royal College of Music in London. She has also performed in master classes for such renowned violinists as James Buswell, Christian Tetzlaff, William Preucil, Charles Castleman, Lewis Kaplan, and Stephen Clapp.
