Jennifer Hublin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in clarinet performance from CarnegieMellon University and a Master of Music degree in clarinet performance from NorthwesternUniversity. She has studied the clarinet with members of the Cleveland, Chicago, Milwaukee,Pittsburgh and Louisiana Symphony Orchestras. She has also participated in summer music festivals including the Brevard Music Center and the Pierre Monteux School. While inPittsburgh, she played principal and E-Flat clarinet for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra. She has also played with the Cleveland Philharmonic and regularly plays with the Canton Symphony Orchestra.  She has performed live on Cleveland's classical radio station, WCLV 104.9 FM several times. Miss Hublin has had a lot of chamber music experience and has performed with numerous award-winning groups.  She has appeared in solo and chamber music recitals throughout the Northeast Ohio area. She is also a proficient performer on the bass clarinet.  Miss Hublin's clarinet students have participated in some of the area's most prestigious youth ensembles, including the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, the Akron Youth Symphony, and the Cleveland Wind Symphony, as well as the Tanglewood Institute inMassachusetts and the Civic Youth Orchestra in Detroit.  Her students have also performed on the radio, put on solo recitals, participated in competitions, honors bands and summer music camps, and many have been first chair of their school bands.
