"My kid has been taking music (piano) lessons here since 2005 and we love this place. They have regular recitals, fantastic (and might I add extremely friendly) instructors, a really nice and helpful office staff. They send you lesson reminder emails the day before your lesson...excellent...state of the art program. They only teach music and do it extremely well...it is locally owned and operated so if you ever have any problems, the owners take care of it right away...they also have kids playing with one another, and you can take theory classes if you want...what more could one ask for? "Thank you for bringing more resources for private music instruction into our town. Also, I admire your courage to break out of the box and provide an actual arena for the art of "rock and roll". Unless there are respected, intelligent musicians that are willing to be flexible enough to provide a strong foundation for new music styles that our children want to listen to and pursue, then the kids will lose interest and not understand the connection of music history to the present. The enjoyment and appreciation of music as a whole can only be achieved if you are willing to listen in the first place, no matter what style is being played. Unless private music education is willing to adjust to the needs of this generation of kids, we'll lose a lot of them because we're unwilling to change our methods.
